1. Acceptance
By using Swiss Luxury Limousine's services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
3. Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before journey: No charge.
- Within 24 hours: Cancellation fee may apply.
- No-show: Full journey cost may be charged.
- Subscriptions: Subject to agreed plan terms.
4. Waiting Time
Airport transfers include 60 minutes complimentary waiting after scheduled landing. Additional waiting may be charged.
5. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a journey if conduct is deemed unacceptable.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control, nor for items left in vehicles.
7. Pricing
All prices confirmed before the journey. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting, or tolls.
8. Child Safety
Dedicated vetted chauffeurs are assigned for school services. Parents are responsible for ensuring children are ready at the agreed time.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
